Inspection manhole cover in ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 conforming to norm UNI EN 1563:2012
It is obtained from a single cast, its stability is guaranteed through a double throat supporting area, creating a metal to metal coupling system thanks to the interposition of an EPDM gasket, this is studied to obtain a watertight/ waterproof sealing. Inside there is also a special provision to host, if necessary, the glass reinforced plate (GRP).
It is square shaped and it ensures stability thanks to the joint depth superior to mm 50. The opening can be done through the inserting of handle keys on the surface where there are blind holes. The recessed tank is 70mm high and it can be filled with any kind of material. All the covers are interchangeable.
CAUTION!!! THE FILLING MATERIAL SHOULD BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE MANHOLE COVER, AND SUITABLE FOR THE INTALLATION PLACE.
