Inspection manhole cover in ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 conforming to norm UNI EN 1563:2012
It is made in a single cast, rectangular in shape with a tall reinforced border, which guarantees a stable setting and greater safety in traffic. Externally, the outside border is flanged to optimize its hold in the cement and the insertion of anchoring bolts. In the centre of the long side of the frame there is a loop which allows the insertion of the concrete wall, to obtain the siphoning effect of the catch basin.
It is rectangular in shape, it ensures a good stability thanks to the insertion depth of 50mm, it comes with the locking system composed of a stainless steel screw, on one side, and two holes for the clamps on the other side.
It is rectangular in shape, with parallel rectangular slots; the upper surface is designed to be non-skid with self cleaning grips, which avoid the deposit of leaves, paper or other. It comes blocked with the same locking system of the cover.

Manhole covers, gullies and gratings can be distinguished into the following classes: A15, B125, C250, D400, E600 ed F900.
Group 4 (Class D 400 minimum): road carriageways (including pedestrian streets), hard shoulders and parking areas for all types of road vehicles.
THE APPROPRIATE LOADING CLASS CHOICE IS UP TO THE WORKS DIRECTOR. IN CASE OK DOUBT (SUCH AS PARTICULARLY INTENSE TRAFFIC OR VERY HIGH LOADS AREA), IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE TO CHOOSE A SUPERIOR LOADING CLASS.
