Description
Inspection manhole cover in ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 conforming to norm UNI EN 1563:2012
FRAME
It is realized from a single cast, it comes without gasket, its stability is guaranteed through a metal to metal coupling. The outside edge is realized with the shape of a channel, in order to obtain a system of hydraulic hold if it gets filled up with sand, tar or other materials. Externally the structure is obtained to optimise its hold in the cement and to help the insertion of anchoring bolts.
COVER
It is square in shape, it guarantees a good stability, thanks to the height of the insertion depth not less than 50 mm, it comes with two dead holes, which allow the insertion of suitable handles to lift the cover (supplied on request). All the covers are interchangeable. The blocking system is realized through stainless steel screws, which ensure higher stability. The upper surface is designed to be non-skid to allow the complete flow of water and avoid the creation of ice.
